Virtual Tour of Hurst Primary School
We are delighted to share with visitors to our website a virtual
3600 tour of our school. Please be aware that this tour was filmed during lock down in 2020 and the school has made many improvements since. However, the tour will give you a feel for the school site. Do have a look at our more recently filmed video of our Forest School area:
Set in beautiful grounds, our school site comprises of two large buildings - the main school building which is the extended and modernised original building of the school, is home to our youngest children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception), Key Stage One (Years 1 and 2) and Lower Key Stage Two (Years 3 and 4). Along with the main school hall and small hall, where assemblies, lunches and indoor PE lessons are held, the main school building also incorporates the Head Teacher's office, the Assistant Head Teacher and SENCo's office, the main school office and ICT room.
The second, much newer building, is the Year 5 and 6 Building, with six purpose built classrooms and shared area.
You can 'walk' your way around corridors and classrooms or jump around using the 'dolls house' view. See the icons at the bottom of each video to help you explore.
A 3600 symbol takes you to an outdoor space where you will get a panoramic view. You can hop in and out of the buildings wherever you see an image of a person walking. Get your bearings by clicking on the floor plan icon.
